      Cons

      This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Management is dishonest and incompetent. Conference calls consist of negative rantings, swearing and abusive threats. Most products are dollar store quality and not comparable to competitors.

      None. Potential diverse product portfolio. But senior management micro manages to incomparable markets.

      Cons

      Ponzi Scams Style quotas. Work harder, get paid less. Constant quarterly increases. Must meet qouttas in order to collect commission. Back ordered products intentionally not removed from quotas, so impossible to meet quotas. Constant pressure, insane micro management, sell more, sell more without direction or understanding of actual market. Punished for success.

      Pays on time Good training

      Cons

      micromanagement on steroids. Threatens everyone’s jobs if numbers are not hit. They lose products. Introduces new products then threatens that if you don’t sell you will be fired. Now pushing commodity products like trocars, hernia tackers, facial closure devices etc.. they have no direction. No focus.
