I worked at Proof Integrated Communications

    Pros

Casual office environment, nice people, very talented team, and available to work remotely if needed.

    Cons

When the CEO stop believing in your organization and bailed, that really summed it up about this place. The departure of the CEO was detrimental to the Proof organization. All of the leadership and process were gone, along with any team morale went out the door with him. Talented people are leaving left and right, and the organization is in a disarray. The worst part is other Proof offices are absolutely clueless in the digital area, especially all of their account team, and yet, they think they know it all and bark the loudest. Furthermore, the total lack of fundamental client management and communication (especially the D.C. office), causing tremendous friction with other teams that basically does all the work. What is worst, they routinely agreed to do anything and everything the client asked, and drag the entire project team along with it at a lost cause that burn out staff, and worked for zero profit. Certainly makes me question if the account team works for the client or for Proof. > Lack of leadership or direction > Clueless account team with zero digital experience > Some management hangs their ego and title in front you > No culture and a complete lack of caring for employees > Long hours and constant pressure to deliver

I have been working at Proof Integrated Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company offers internal webinars and endless resources for professional development. Employees thoughts and ideas are valued. They work on everything from rebranding campaigns to corporate reputation management and digital marketing.

    Cons

The organization is a bit siloed due to Proof being the creative entity of Burson Marsteller. There's a lack of communication and synergy between the two companies. Slow to issue raises and bonuses. Hours can be long and grueling when it comes to new business pitches.

I worked at Proof Integrated Communications full-time

    Pros

The people make this place great, there is so much talent here. It's a fun environment (when people aren't running around trying to meet an unrealistic deadline).

    Cons

The lack of good management is the biggest con. It's unfortunate, since there is so much potential with the aforementioned talent. The unrealistic deadlines happen mostly because the management didn't plan well enough.

I have been working at Proof Integrated Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The talent here is unmatched, the clients are high profile, and the projects are exciting.

    Cons

For the level of talent they bring in, they do not compensate nearly enough. You will not get paid for performance here.

I have been working at Proof Integrated Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Burson Marsteller network. A credible agency that proof gets most of their clients from

    Cons

No review process in place. Outsource all work because don't have tools or resources. No account or financial procedures in place. Weekend work with little gratitude

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Proof Integrated Communications for less than a year

    Pros

    Great location & hourly rate

    Cons

Full time staff overworked, with poor decisions in code and resource allocation compounded by more poor decisions in scheduling and managing client expectations. As a contractor, I was mostly kept out of the loop and had to ask (repeatedly) for assignments & relevant info (like design comps) while full time staff working away urgently overtime, weekends etc.
