      Pros

      I’ve been able to work with this company for about a year now. It has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and personally with some of the best mentors in the country. It is hard work, but very rewarding if you are willing to put in the effort. I have been able to use what I’ve learned to help me better communicate with people in my personal life and become a better daughter, sister and friend.

      Cons

      This position is for those who are willing to work hard and work for something long term. If you are unable to see your end goal and what you want long term and out in the effort towards it, this position may not be for you.

      Very Hands On

      Pros

      Best part is the hands on training. You will not be asked to do something or taught something that someone hasn’t already done. Upbeat atmosphere with a lot of mentality coaching. Was coached on many things I did not learn getting my MBA. The opportunity after six months is second to none. Pretty surreal, to be honest.

      Cons

      The first two months focus heavily on how to drive revenue for clients. This can be scary, especially for someone like me who did not have any experience prior, but I found it to be much more simple than anticipated and in two quick months was coached on running meetings and coaching peers. The con of this is sales can scare many people when they don’t ask questions.
