      -Flexibility -Team-oriented -Wonderful people -Small company feel while still part of GR and GR perks -Attention to detail -Fantastic leadership -Leadership listens

      Cons

      The mortgage industry is tough, but our tech/marketing/platform eliminates many of those pain points. Insurance is a bit expensive.
