      Propper is a really great company! You work with great team members that push you to do better, learn more, and always grow.

      Cons

      Very few management roles open up and when they do, so many people are applying, it's hard to get in front.

      Pros

      The amount of support and encouragement that is cultivated on a day to day basis is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The accountability structures in place keep people in line with what they say they want to accomplish! It requires an ownership mentality and willingness to make sacrifices but that is the path to making any great impact.

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect and the nature of manufacturing is a difficult space to work in but it is so much fun for the right people. The consistent grind is not for everyone, but gives a lot of energy to those who enjoy fast paced environments.
