      Pros

      The company has numerous and varied contract opportunities, and they continuously strive to make their employees happy. The company is now employee owned, which I missed out on. I was scared when the last management dropped the ball and completely left, with a malicious intent, as it turns out. I wish I would have stayed, as the company did such a major turnaround! The benefits are great, employees are listened to, and there is a genuine concern about everyone's well being!

      Cons

      I wish the management would have communicated better with the employees, because we stand by them, and trust that they will do everything that's possible to make us successful!

      Wish I did not leave

      Pros

      The company has gone through a tough time when the last management team decided to leave. However, they came back so much stronger and better!! I was afraid during the last changes that the company would not stand for its values, and now I wish I did not leave. The benefits were great, the admin staff is always there to listen, and they always strive for the better. I did not feel like a small fish in a big pond, my opinion mattered.

      Cons

      None that I can think of now. I think given the changes that happened, they could have trusted the work force to stand by the company, and not listen to all the rumors.
