Pros
Great environment. Friendly people who really want to do well for the customers and create/maintain a great work atmosphere.
Cons
Trying so hard to create a certain culture that there are cult-like aspects of the organization The CEO is a great man and very smart but has his hands in too many diverse areas of the company and is spread thin. While they are very good at software development, there are areas they are not nearly as strong as they think they are and could really benefit from outside and objective advice. But.......they wouldn't listen anyway
