    Pros

    None I can think of

    Cons

Severe bullying problem by both senior managers and consultants who are encouraged to behave in this way by senior managers Top billers also bully junior staff Low pay Micro management - worst I’ve ever seen Constantly go back on promises to their staff They cut teachers pay to line own pockets No autonomy Blame culture If you question anything you’re told you don’t know what you’re doing Consultants are spoken to like dirt by senior managers and are bullied into being able to speak up or have an opinion

I worked at Protocol Education full-time for less than a year

    Pros

We would get a good morning from managers if we were lucky

    Cons

A really unpleasant environment to work in. Just so awful. Micro managing, gossiping from managers, heavily target focused. No fun or incentives to push you at all. If they dont like you as a person or challenge them in the slightest they will push you out. Unfair company to work for.

I have been working at Protocol Education full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Young consultants. Great social office environment Commission is achievable with hard work

    Cons

Loe commission percentage - they start at 2%. Micro-managing puts a lot off staff Exodus of staff Career ladder based upon earnings and not suitability, skills and experience for senior position

I worked at Protocol Education full-time

    Pros

Paid sick leave Training in London head office Paid expenses Reduced hours in school holidays Good location of offices Dressed down when not in client meetings

    Cons

No available car park so it becomes expensive Regularly working beyond your paid hours Not being allowed to leave until not only your duties were completed but other people's even if they had already left Extremely micro managing atmosphere Incredibly demoralizing regional management When above points are fed back to other managers the regional then pulls you aside and says you embarrassed them Bullying tactics are regularly used No consequences to senior recruitment consultants who have a blatant disregard for the rules Incredibly high staff turnover. I was there 6 months and 5 people left. No initiative allowed, only what the management decide
