    Response to Unprofessional Reviews

    Pros

Consulting is tough business overall specially in 2020. Proudfoot is a small company yet its management and shareholders have made every effort to do right by it's employees specially during the pandemic and vice versa- Proudfoot employees go above and beyond to support the business.

    Cons

There are a number of disgruntled former employees writing vitriolic reviews and making inappropriate and unprofessional comments. Their description of Proudfoot is not accurate. Companies should be wary of individuals who are capable of making disproportionally negative personal attacks, using unprofessional language anonymously online.

It was the most dreadful place to work I've ever encountered.

    Pros

There is ONLY one reason. Good base salary. But since the expectations are so unattainable, you will only enjoy the salary for 3 months because they will fire you after that.

    Cons

Unattainable goals. They set you up to fail. They do not give you the training or tools to achieve these measures. Everyone walks around on egg shells for fear they will be fired. As you can imagine, turnover is rampant and they could care less.

    Pros

Great material if you want to write a comedic screenplay. You could not possibly make up the stuff that goes on there on your own

    Cons

Where do I begin? In no particular order there is nepotism; sexual harassment; racism; unprofessionalism; bullying behavior, list is endless.. The true measure of a successful change management company is repeat business. Proudfoot clients almost always never ask them to come back. They are a head cutting shop. They will come and find ways to reduce headcount and call it labor savings.

    Pros

There aren't very many. If you are lucky you will attach yourself to some of the few good people there who will hopefully mentor you through the cut throat politics and you will pick up the basic skills of management consulting. I was lucky. People too numerous to count were not.

    Cons

The majority of Senior to middle level management consistently display a level of sub-par professionalism that it is a wonder that the company is still in business
