I worked at Publicis Sapient full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Big brand name client roster (tilting mostly to finance and FMCG sector), opportunities for international travel and cross-agency collaboration and healthy benefits package; all things that look at first glance will help you get your next job.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Drop a lot of the dead weight at the top (especially those interested in toxic politics and micromanagement as a defence to cover their own ineptitude) and invest in actually building an authentic culture which fosters relationships and growth. If that's not possible, actually pay people more competitively to at least justify the stress of politics and culture vacuum.

    Pros

They have nice coffee and intelligent colleagues
