I worked at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Above average pay
Best PTO and Paid holidays I've experienced
    Flexible with schedule
    Team-based environment
    Excellent managerial staff
    Internal vertical movement
    Patient, caring, and employee focused

Publicis has changed my life. They provided me with the opportunities I needed to prove myself in a competitive industry. I feel a great deal of gratitude towards this company. I'm sad to leave, but they want their employees to succeed, to eventually move on to bigger and better things. That's what they have done for me, and if you work hard, they will do the same for you.

    Cons

Maybe some improvements with Client Communication.
They truly don't need to change.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing what you are doing, the company clearly knows how to select the right people for leadership.
