    I have been working at Pubmatic full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    1) Good pay scale
    2) Work life balance in some project
    3) CEO Rajeev Goel is one the gem person.
    4) Food is very good

    Cons

    1) Some people do unethical activity
    2) Work and appreciation is divided uneven(Favouritism) among the team members.
    3) Chaos , Mismanagement in teams.
    4) Middle management is not motivating/ appreciating to the reporting people.
    5) Favouritism in assigning work and accolades.
    6) Startup kind of culture.

    Please take cons point seriously to improve organization
