Pros

Decent healthcare plans and 15 sick days by law

Cons

Agency is too focused on their legal division and forgets it needs the other departments to thrive. If you are not in legal you don't have a voice and your opinion doesn't matter.

Had potential to be great but is a toxic work environment

Pros

Decent salary with transportation benefits, gym in the building, metro accesible, holidays off including some Puerto Rican holidays, PTO

Cons

The HR and legal division is a complete disaster leaving many disappointed and disgruntled employees. Many people push their work onto others. There is favoritism. Strong machismo environment. There is no structure so responsibility is never taken and often diverted. There is way to much gossip and over all office politics that tension is felt all throughout the agency. Executive director hires all his friends from college who are very under qualified and over paid and do not even attempt to do the work.
