Working at this company is filled with numerous drawbacks. One of the biggest issues is the lack of growth opportunities and appraisals. It seems that priority is given to individuals who support managers' unethical ideas and thoughts, rather than promoting merit-based decisions. Furthermore, the HR department appears to lack autonomy and acts as a mere puppet, without making any substantial decisions. A concerning aspect is the way employee resignations are handled. When an employee submits a resignation email, it goes unnoticed. Even when we request HR to acknowledge the resignation, they adhere to a peculiar policy of not sending any acknowledgment emails, citing it as a norm within Pulsus. But they acknowledge it verbally as a school. This is also an instruction from the manager to HR to follow such an unprofessional way to handle employees' resignations. This practice is especially baffling considering the organization is situated within the DLF campus a prestigious campus for corporates. But Pulsus doesn't deserve to be inside the dlf. Additionally, the company withholds essential documents such as payslips and relieving letters until three months after an employee's departure. When questioned about this policy, they claim it is to prevent employees from immediately joining any competitive companies within DLF or in Chennai. This effectively hampers an employee's career progression, as they are unable to seek new employment during these three months. It is evident that this practice greatly impacts the lives of employees in a negative way. For those considering joining this company, I strongly advise against it. The salary prospects and work culture are extremely unsatisfactory, and you are likely to encounter numerous difficulties throughout your tenure. Protect your career by seeking opportunities elsewhere.
