      Pros

      Great shop management. Great employees, they are very determined and hard working. Great group of guys.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from Corporate level, especially finance. While I was employed they went thru four finance managers. I worked there for over a year and asked for them to help me get my degree and I would be the best accountant yet. I have 28 years exp..... Never heard anything and now another Finance Manager has quit.

      Basic salary, ,basic benefits, everything is basic!

      Cons

      Corporate office was terrible, the managers, the CEO, they don't really care about you! They only wanted money in their pockets, let employees take the stress and exhaust themselves with work while they sit on their desks doing nothing! Awful leadership!!

      Good colleagues that are fighting hard to survive.

      Cons

      Incompetent, inexperienced, and unprofessional management. Company lost its direction and in chaotic state. Young people gets no respect and development for staff not paid any attention. They'll only speak to you nicely if you can benefit them in any way, never help you to grow in your professional career. Never join here, you don't want to ruin your career.
