      Pros

      Great salaries perks and benefits. Strong leadership team with focus on growing the business as demonstrated by its excellent financial results. The culture is the best you can get.

      Cons

      You do need a car to work here, as the location is rural. If the weather is bad do not come in as you can work from home.

      Pros

      Great benefits. To name a few Perkbox, Health care, on-site fresh food, on-site Gym, Motivosity. Generous annual leave, birthday off, sick pay, mental health days. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Modern technology I.e. laptops, mobiles, desktop set up, wireless accessories.

      Cons

      Location is in the middle of no where.

      Pros

      Pros are easy to find here at Purdicom. Staff wellbeing is one of the biggest things Purdicom care about, I have never worked for a company who look after you so well. So many benefits to working here the list could go on!

      You need to drive to get to the offices.
