Pros
Great company, autonomy, flexibility, passionate leadership
Cons
Sells itself to be a breakaway from a traditional recruitment agency, but many of the systemic grievances occur

Pros
Although, it started off well and everyone was extremely welcoming you soon realise it is a very competitive, toxic and unprofessional environment where those who have been there for 10 years plus are important and the rest are irrelevant. People practices are tick boxes and mangers are not capable of managing a team.
Cons
Rude and inappropriate staff members Everything shown is for show, nothing genuine.

Pros
Fantastic coaching culture, where you set your accountabilities, with the autonomy to deliver on your own business plan Lots of support, training and development. We have an L&D team that deliver training, as well as regular external professionals that come in to deliver topical sessions. We take our Gold Investors in People accreditation very seriously and we are very proud of it. Our leadership team is very approachable and open to suggestions on new ways of working, or capitalising on new opportunities, implementing new tools etc. We run initiatives to give back to the community, such as HR Energy, Finance Leadership Programme, Women's Leadership Programme, Best Employer's employee engagement and culture survey, and more. Our socials are fun, with big events in the summer for colleagues, and a Christmas party for colleagues and their partners. We have plenty of get togethers throughout the year too. Structured promotion targets that are clear from the outset Half day off for your birthday and a gift from the Directors. Fantastic brand to work for, they are so well known across the region
Cons
The amount of cake that get brought in to the office, dieting is a nightmare :)

Pros
Unlike any other agency I have experienced. They genuinely have what's best for the candidate and client at heart. Very supportive culture, no new idea is ignored and they are always explored. Some of the best senior consultants/managers/directors that I've had the pleasure of working with. There all so invested in the local economic region running seminars and giving back at every opportunity. Team commission brings everyone further on board - the better we do as a team the more earning potential for all.
Cons
Difficult one to say really - we have everything that a modern agency does. A bigger breakout area would be nice to get away for some breathing space and have informal chats.

Pros
Working with talented people with strong ethics in a fantastic environment where the focus is on adding value rather than KPI's Exceptional levels of employee engagement Excellent leadership team who provide clear strategic focus in a supportive and inspiring way
Cons
Flat hierarchy works well and there is plenty of opportunity to develop and take on interesting projects. After many years some consultants take the difficult decision to move on and take on other challenges but it's hard to leave because you feel part of a family.

Pros
Pure is an innovative company that is constantly growing, this allowed me to find my position within the company and grow with them. I worked at Pure while studying my A levels, Pure helped me not only decide my career but they helped me understand the path I needed to take to achieve my goals. Having worked in many other offices since my time at Pure, none can compare to the ‘buzz’/atmosphere in the office every day. Overall my time at pure was extremely enjoyable due to the team culture they have created between, employees, candidates and customers.
Cons
Only spending a year within the company

Pros
The culture at Pure is embedded throughout the organisation. There is genuine motivation to live the values and look after clients, candidates and each other. There is always the desire to improve and evolve, making it an innovative and trusting place to work. The benefits are great, there is room for personal and professional development and a work/life balance is thoroughly encouraged.
Cons
We need to demonstrate better, how great it is to work at Pure.
