Pros

Pushpay has an amazing culture that truly stands out. It’s a very blameless environment where people are encouraged to learn, collaborate, and improve without fear. Everyone I’ve worked with is technically very strong, and that really shows in how well the interview process is designed and run. The company genuinely invests in its people, including a dedicated learning budget, which makes continuous growth feel supported rather than just talked about. On top of that, the team is fantastic and the office environment is welcoming and well set up. Overall, it’s a great place to work and grow.

Cons

In some cases, people who left were not replaced, which can increase workload for remaining team members. Also, the company does not currently offer fully remote working opportunities, which may be a downside for those looking for more flexibility

Pros

The work culture here is truly a major strength. It is collaborative, respectful, and genuinely low stress when it comes to time management. The focus on work life balance is not just lip service; it’s modeled from the top down, allowing for sustainable careers. Pushpay maintains a high bar for talent and execution, which ensures you are constantly learning and working with smart, motivated people. The product and technical standards are excellent. Inclusions is another bonus here, I've never felt out of a team, event or meeting.

Cons

The primary area for improvement is compensation and benefits. While the work is intellectually rewarding, the total compensation package can be better to match market rate when compared to peer companies in the area.
