    Pros

Good overall view of PWC and it's different streams, met with top executives, group presentation at the end

    Cons

Very structured structure, people very self centred but not all of them

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to grad programmes and other qualifications

I worked at PwC as an intern

    Pros

Very well organised internships, with training and networking opportunities. They had a Dragon's Den type competition which I thought was a fun addition to a student's first experience working in an office.

As for the company more generally, I had a great experience with the people working there. Everyone was nice and happy to help, positive atmosphere, and a beautiful office (Embankment).

    Cons

The Assurance work, to me, was very dull. Perhaps this is something to be expected but it really is made to sound much more interesting during the application process.

    Advice to Management

Opportunity for more dual schemes would be interesting for graduates, i.e. Assurance/Another part of the business.

    Pros

    - A stimulating environment with brillant people from different backgrounds, you learn everyday
-Eventhough you're new to the sector, you'll get quickly onto projects where you have responsibilities
    - Top brand clients
    - high quality projects with LT strategy that actually creates value
    - T&D opportunities !!

    Cons

The internship was too short for me to get any cons... However I could see that workbalance was an issue for many employees.

    Advice to Management

Keep on recruiting from diverse talent pools, it really adds to the value creation! great to feel valued even though you're just " a fish in an ocean"

I worked at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good company culture and easy to work alongside other people. Good variation of work and great networking with clients. A.

    Cons

Could be difficult to commute to and to there are a lot of associates meaning that there are not a lot

    Advice to Management

    There we go

    Pros

Really nice people, the interns stuck together and had a great time when we did. Apart from the interns everyone else was really cool, loads of young people etc.

    Cons

Audit is a bit (Very) dry if we're being honest. But apparently can lead to good exit opps so you have to balance it out.
Apart from the work itself I can't really see a downside, the company is big enough to get to know loads of people, and enjoy your time there, but you work in small teams so still have a collegiate feel.

    Advice to Management

Please for the love of god, don't make us go to client site just to sow face. It would improve everything if we could be in the office when we don't have to be at client site.

I worked at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Intelligent and interesting people in the team that come from various backgrounds
    fast moving industry
lots of support from those who i was working with

    Cons

I was sometimes left without anything to do for a few hours
sometimes called in to help with other peoples little jobs

    Advice to Management

I think that the management should work on building the spirit between different teams. I didn't have the opportunity to interact too much with the rest of the firm.
