    Pros

    Great training and skills development opportunities - if you take them. Many different learning modes, and some courses even have actors playing roles.

    Cons

    It's a dog eat dog world, you have to compete with your peers for promotion and advancement. Some people are very good at playing the game.

    Advice to Management

    Be more visionary and forget your experience of moving through the firm. Seek inspiration from others and don’t be afraid of diversity of thought.
