    Pros

    Lots of talented, dedicated people
Great work opportunities, it can be as interesting as you want it to be

I worked at PwC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A great name to have on your CV, an emphasis on professional development and all of the advantages that a global firm can offer.

    Cons

Emphasis at times on 'up or out' in certain parts of the business. Any pyramid shaped professional services practices suffers from a culture where the 'head boys and girls' tend to predominate, particularly when they own a share of the business.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice offices and a lot of nice staff with a decent social aspect to the job, albeit one not facilitated overly well by management.

    Cons

Terrible computer systems, whose management is most of our job anyway, slow us down. The pay, even for Belfast, is pitifully low. Bad communication from management, despite calls for transparency

    Pros

Great people, great benefits, good network building opportunities.

    Cons

Too much red tape around process means little agility and things take too long.
