    Cons

Working extremely long hours with clients that are rather fassy and unprofessional. Also, the job isn't extremely interesting.

    Pros

    - Name reputation and brand
    - Young, fresh like minded people
    - Training and development
    - Grow into a work horse and develop project management and tech skills much quicker than in industry

    Cons

    - Deadlines mean long hours
    - Understaffing or poor associates mean seniors/managers work longer

    Advice to Management

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great on your CV
    Variety of work
    Big company

    Cons

    Terrible culture
Hierarchical - leaders not willing to receive feedback
Some of the most boring white middle class individuals you will ever meet
Resourcing will give you no choice with where they put you as long as it fits their quota
Nepotism galore- you excel on who you know rather than on merit

    Advice to Management

The culture needs some changing, need to allow people to excel on merit rather on luck and chance and who they know.
Need to hire people representative of the population.
Some honesty needs to be included regarding their HUGE BAME and gender pay gap. It’s because of the “who you know” culture.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay and package. Lots of very clever and motivated people. A real sense that they do spend time and effort trying to do good 'human capital' things.

    Cons

Its so big that to most partners anyone below senior manager is just headcount on a spreadsheet. There's a fair amount of 'empire building' allowed. Things can be organised badly just to avoid upsetting a partner who's P&L might be impacted etc.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to make people feel like part of a team rather than a small cog in a huge machine (parts of the firm have already managed it).

    Pros

Nice people and managers willing to guide and teach interns.

    Cons

Sometimes placed in meaningless or simply 'keep busy' work
