    Pros

Great team, great opportunity, great to have ON CV. Senior people very nice. Would recommend to people to apply for apprenticeship opens many doors

    Cons

Work load is very high and very intense especially when busy season. Reason I was sacked was failed exam due to very high workload

    Advice to Management

    Monitor junior workload

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The best thing about PwC are the people - I enjoy working with the staff around me. The firm encourages flexible working and benefits (matched pension etc) are pretty good. There are plenty of opportunities for career progression although that varies depending on how the offices are performing.

    Cons

Work life balance can be a challenge sometimes as you are often working for a lot of different seniors in Tax. Although generally its not bad and can be managed (definitely not as bad as audit as in Tax we rarely have to work weekends)

    Advice to Management

Senior management often have great initiatives for staff's well being / work processes / flexible workings etc but these are often not implemented properly if the local partners have different views.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Global acumen, excellent professionals, impressive range of international clients and structure that goes far beyond EU or American countries. Everyday is a learning opportunity.

    Cons

Demand for facing challenges as opportunities comes more often than not in comparison to in-house market. They give you a lot (not compensation-wise but in terms of career development and technical skills) and expect a lot in return.

I have been working at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Extremely friendly environment, almost kind of homely. Seems to be a strong focus on work-life balance and the reward package is very fair (can trade in/out holiday days for more/less pay).

Very well structured graduate scheme and the internship was very well organised and gave a broad insight into the work the firm does.

Huge scope to move across lines of service/offices so if you don't find a place you're initially really comfortable in, there is plenty of opportunity to move and try new things.

    Cons

Salary could be a little better (particularly at management level and above) but after a recent pay review, is more competitive, especially for graduates.

    Advice to Management

Keep promoting the firm's culture because I think it comes across well and was actually pretty reflective of my own experience.
