Pros
A family owned company which feels very familiar even though QD has grown to 110 employees. The people who work here truly care about each other which creates a very safe and comfortable work environment. QD spends a lot of time and effort making sure it's employees knows their value and gives everyone a good chance at growing in their field.
Cons
Swedish is a must. Employees are not allowed to work from home fulltime.
