Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at QUALCO full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
- Good salaries - You can find good people and professionals across the departments - They are still surviving
Cons
- Inexperienced & unskilled high-level Management with very high ego who are using the bulling and blaming strategy as management method. They are people who cannot direct you, support you or help you. - The company is unstable financially - It is a company with extremely high turnover rate in the market - They are not offer any training - They are using very old technology, methodology &... techniques - There is not a career path at all. This place is only good for graduates who are looking for their first job to start. Nothing more…

Change the poor management. Recruit real professionals with experience and knowledge who knows how to run a company end-to-end but trust them as well.

Pros
Great opportunities for growth and personal development. Offers a full cycle service on its field, people-centric
Cons
Qualco needs to invest on the high potentials and remove those who do not have a "can do" mentality. Company has suffered a lot, it is time to build an amazing place to work and there is the capacity and the potentiality
Advice to Management
Invest on those who are contributing to the company's success and make sure you don't lose them.

There is big room of improvement when it comes to office facilities The pace that new talent is integrated into the company could be accelerated
Advice to Management
Like any tech company, the work is big and complicated. Qualco is an amazingly fast growing company and at this point it's extremely important to keep focus in terms of product innovation and business expansion. Last but not least implementing an inclusive culture is an imperative.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at QUALCO full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
-Good place to start as a junior and gain experience. -A lot of great people. -Free coffee.
Cons
-Qualco is not an equal-oportunities employer, in fact Qualco is a zero-oportunity employer. -No career path, no personal development, not a career company. -No clear responsibilities. Anyone is expected to happily and gracefully do anything/everything. -No job descriptions. In fact, they do exist; however only in job openings. -No expertise in any technology using or selling. Grab a PDF or watch a presentation..., it's all it takes for Qualco to consider we're experts. -Heads/Directors often have the same responsibilities and perform the same tasks as their subordinates. How can they be unbiased in evaluations, if they ever restart? -No work/life balance, everyone is only required to push more, try harder, get the job done as quickly as possible. Quality is of no concern. -Don't expect anyone to thank you even if working all night long to catch a deadline. -Certification costs are only approved and paid for Qualco to achieve or maintain partnerships. Don't expect to use, apply or sell what you are certifified for. -No room to take initiatives, even senior people are considered to be mindless settlers. -Complete secrecy between superiors and inferiors. Inferiors rarely know what the person sitting next to the is working on. -Random people are named Heads/Directors. Nobody cares if they have the qualitative assets to manage people. -Payments uncertainty although delays seem to have stopped. -Qualco claims to be a high technology company; does not even consider hiring a CIO. In fact their product is based on obsolete technology and methodology, using trivial automation techniques only because of the “that’s how we always did it” approach from our beloved superiors. -Standardization / Information Security are of the lowest priority. We even talk about Qualco’s approach within our team, the conversations are always really amusing. The good thing about Qualco is, we’ve been lucky, so far, and haven’t been caught by auditors.

-We're not partners, don't expect people to try harder or work more for Qualco to progress if they remain stalled. -Qualco rapidly grew from ~80 people to ~200, but procedures, processes, policies and mindset remained back. -You realy need to find a way to safely get feedback on people leading departments. -Management is so far away from company.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at QUALCO full-time for more than a year
Pros
You may get paid above market rate if you work for Groups servicer QQUANT or close to upper management
Cons
Quite unorganized, poor culture, driven by small groups and especially CEO’s court. Upper management always talks about change but is all about policy, empty words with no integrity. Business is conducted unethically delivering poor quality.
Advice to Management
Exploit opportunity for change and conduct business ethically and with integrity at all levels
