      Some good people and good work, but not a pleasant place to eork

      Pros

      Met some great people during my time at the company. Also had the opportunity to develop my skill set and work on some interesting and varied projects.

      Cons

      Unfortunately a lot of politics and poor senior management led to a negative experience and working environment. There was a lack of control over how the company operated, and decisions which the company made. Staff turnover is very high which also leads to account teams changing very quickly with no stability. Work-life balance is poor so is not a viable option for someone who wants to maintain that.

      Pros

      I've been working at Quadrangle for about 6 months. It's a great company to work for. My role has already expanded in unexpected ways and the work is challenging, interesting and rewarding. The company ethos is very genuine and you get the sense that people really care about the work they do and want to make a difference.

      Cons

      There aren't really any that stand out.
