      Typical contracting company that does not hold integrity in high regard as they have zero integrity to speak of.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule there is literally no other pro's to working here, you will not find gratification in the work that you do as this company does not care how poor the service is that they provide to the customer so long as they get their check.

      Cons

      Incompetent program managers that are completely disconnected with reality. Worst communication I've ever seen in a organization. Under qualified in every facet of everything they do.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits- best health care I've ever had. Leadership is friendly, doesn't micro-manage and values their employees (which is reflected in their benefit package.) They appreciate the contributions their employees make to the company and it shows.

      Cons

      Not always that many slots to move into/advance, but that's the nature of working with the government.
