Quanta is a great place to work, you get supported with excellent training schemes and every member of staff all the way up to CEO level are willing to help and feel like they genuinely want you to succeed.

The journey into the business is great. From the interview process to onboarding. Day one you meet the team and I mean the whole team not just the one you are joining. It is a great start, and you are made to feel very welcome from day 1. Once started you are straight into a planned bespoke 4-week induction which is designed by the L&D team but delivered buy people across the business. These are the people doing the job, so you get a real feel for the passion and their daily lives. A real intro into the business. After your induction, the training does not stop and there is regular training through your career. It is something they are immensely proud of and have won many awards due to it. I have only just passed probation but since joining this year I have already been to The Netherlands, Copenhagen, Ireland, France with more to come. That is nothing compared to the social aspect. From Car Park BBQs during the day, company sports day, St Patricks Celebrations to company presentations and most recently the company family BBQ. There is a clear career path for all and no limitations. I have seen numerous probation passes and promotions in my first 6 months. As they say the more you put in the more you get out.

Great facilities and very social company. Decent work life balance.
Cons
Does not practice what they preach. Advocates that they are all for looking after their staff's "mental health" but will work out a way to get you out of the company than support you.

*Hardly any possibility to develop your career *The HR department is not what it should be in a company this size. * Employees who want to work part time in sales were rejected. No good work/life balance.
Quanta part of QCS Staffing Response2yThank you for your comments. At Quanta we take pride in our development opportunities and focus strongly on work life balance. This year alone we have had 25 promotions and we currently have 9 members of staff working part time hours across all levels of the business. We are constantly reviewing our policies to ensure work life balance is at the heart of everything we do. We introduced a hybrid working policy for all a year ago, we finish early every Friday and on completion of monthly targets, the team can earn additional early finishes and holiday each month. Additionally, our HR department consisting of 2 permanent employees is appropriate for our company size.

Parking but its not a drama as they do provide parking elsewhere which isn't far
