The employers generally stays true to any promises he makes. No cause for complaint. I just left the company and it was a very good experience overall - much better than most other companies I have worked for where they make all sorts of promises while joining but can't or don't follow through.

I have only been here a short time, but the experience has been good so far. Helpful people and good work. Good exposure to clients and business problems - they don't just make me sit at a desk and code. Management is very hands on and reachable at all times.
