      Guaranteed Salary, off at 6 pm and no Sundays

      Cons

      Almost all vehicles have to be ordered. You don’t get paid on them until delivery.

      Alot to learn in the first months of employment. Higher ups dont like parts counter people to work overtime.

      Pros

      Good place to work, bosses want to see you succeed, and have a lot of patience. I am always able to have my questions answered, I feel extremely comfortable in the environment. Room for growth. Incredibly fair pay plans. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Personal space is limited. It’s a pretty cramped dealership.
