I joined as project manager for a small project and managed a team of 60 initially and then gradual improvement in the team size and started taking larger group worked really hard in the initial days to manage the multiple projects had to spend my day and night at work with my own interest for learning new things and i was actually taking care of policy team and had wonderful improvement in policy as well as quality with the support of best team.
Cons
Day one till last day of my work the CTC remains same even after multiple best performance. Initially we had many projects at one go and managed everything at my best of knowledge but later on we hardly receive projects and at max i was on bench looking for for long team projects.
