    Good project's budget for research, flexibility, mobility and training (conferences and training schools) but it highly depends on senior supervisor and the kind of EU project

    Cons

    Easy to work longer hour if invested in the project, sometimes too much bureaucracy for purchasing equipment and using that already in place
