Pros

- Work from home - Procedures being followed - Good learning - Stable organization

Cons

- Lot of micromanagement - If a project goes this things backfire - 1 party in a year is really nothing - Time thing- you say you are flexible but than you put standups at 10 am and take fines for it!!how kiddish is that. Also you fail to understand that there are people communicating from much far and have reasons to b 5-10 minutes late. Lets make it simple not to astray employees by saying such things at the time of joining. And than you defend on the actual meaning f flexibility. - Also changing multiple projects and indulging a same person in 2-3 projects makes difficult in context switching - Firing if someone is in bad relation with Leads, saw a close example to this .

Hi, It would have taken you a lot of effort and time to share your feedback and this is definitely going to help us get better as an organisation, so thanks a lot! About the suggestions shared by you, we are not sure how grave the concern of flexibility or timings could be now, as we have taken multiple initiatives to address the mismatch in understanding what flexibility means in our context. Our Leadership workshops is one of the best examples for this. However, the thing about stand ups is that every team fixes that democratically. Not sure how that was in your product, and we would love to know more. As far as fun is concerned, we have introduced a lot of celebrations and activities and this has also received good feedback from our current team members. Since its been some time, do let us know if we could connect sometime and share more context about our new initiatives! Look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks a lot for taking time out and sharing your feedback with us. As a company we try to make sure that we have a culture that is characterized by continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Yes, we have a focused learning and development plan for every team member and if you have been a part of the company for at least some time, you would also know about the intent behind our rigorous focus on learning something new every day. It not only helps one stay updated about latest technology related developments in the industry, but also helps one to grow, hone themselves and move closer towards becoming subject matter experts in their respective fields. About not being able to meet your expectations regarding flexibility, the one and only aspect that we focus upon in Quovantis is WORK (obviously both quantum and quality) and we never monitor anyone’s timings. This can be very well seen in the practices we follow in our company where we don’t track anyone’s office timings, we don’t have any leave or attendance system and prefer to keep this based on honor system, and also we don’t track the number of hours a team member spends in the office as we have not installed any such software or system. About working environment, we always try to encourage team members exercise maximum autonomy while completing their tasks and micromanagement is not a part of our culture. Period. Nevertheless, in case there are any instances of unprofessional behavior, we have several avenues through which we encourage team members to share such feedback like our happiness surveys, 1:1s with talent management teams, anonymous suggestions shared during company platforms, FeedbackSocially reviews for team members/leads, and many more. Having said this, we are still a growing organization and your feedback would definitely help us in growing further in the right direction. We are sad that you could not be a part of the journey to see the company grow further. But we wish you all good luck for the future and hope this change would help you grow professionally.

Pros

1. A lot to learn

Cons

1. Too much of micro management. in WFH because of COVID, it is mandatory for everyone to be on call (video) all the time. Even though CEO says that he doesn't care if someone is working from Goa or Italy or anywhere in the world. If that is the philosophy why everyone is mandated to be on call. Trust thy employee. 2. "You are saving time in travelling. So work till late hours". We are being asked to be online from 930am to 8pm. 3. Not much of facilities in the office. Although that's understandable considering a small organisation.

Hey There, First of all, we hope that you and your family are safe and healthy. Secondly, we thank you for sharing how you feel here. Since you are already part of the team, there is a good chance that you may have had a discussion about your thoughts and concern either with your Leader, or with someone from the People Experience team. In case that has not happened yet, we would encourage you to please do that. The idea behind having simulations was to bring back this element of being in office virtually, where you could work together and also have fun together, being on the same platform for a few hours throughout the day. Think of it this way, if you would like to talk to your team members like you would have done it if in office - you could simply call out on the "Hangout meeting" and quickly get the answer to your question. Or if you wished to collaborate on any task, you could check with the person on hangout and initiate a separate conversation. Simple! Not only work, but these times together were also meant to meet the families of team members, sip a cup of coffee together or even have lunch together. Lastly, feel free to reach out to your Lead or People Experience team if you still have questions.
