Starting in 2023, ownership made some very questionable moves on the leadership side. Bringing in key decision makers without any multifamily or custom manufacturing experience. They committed to a future that went against everything that made the company successful the previous 5/6 years. Many GREAT employees were pushed out the door with very little/no notice. Some of the company’s top performers also decided to leave because of the massive about amount of changes in 2024. Really big overhaul on the sales team the past few years. I’d sale at least 10 Regional Reps were fired/let go, along with a few people in high level management. Very poor training/onboarding process. If you decide to work here, be prepared to learn a lot on your own. This company was special, and it had every opportunity to be a very great place to work for a very long time. It’s amazing how a few changes in leadership can change all of that… Really hope management knows what they are doing…tread carefully if you decide to work here

2023 saw ownership bring in new management, whose decisions left many long-term employees baffled. With the promise of being able to sustain unsustainable growth, this company transformed from one you would stay at your entire career, to one that you need to have an escape plan on the ready. HR has become political with favoritism and witch hunts. Marketing is the opposite of cutting edge. Sales leadership has never sold one item. Customer Service is more focused on metrics and systems than actually helping customers. CEO has is suffering dereliction of duty. Morale is in the tubes - Obey or Else. You should be on high alert for red flags if you are considering joining. Example: all the reviews from Winter 2022 through Spring of 2023. This was a push from management/HR to get all employees to give great reviews. I know, I was one of them (I have since removed it).
