Salary on time, Everything is good if your project is good but practically it is not.
Cons
It is freelancer work space where you can earn. In the name of outing if you eat something of your own then you need to pay yourself. To survive everyone need to touch the feet of Senior Management on daily basis other wise you cannot stay in the work place. Every thing is good to only senior management not for new employee
