I have been working at RB full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

At RB you get the opportunity to own projects and help drive the business at an early stage of your career. It feels very different to other companies of it's size. The company has become very focused on being a purpose-led business which is great to be a part of.

    Cons

Very lean structure so often you can be stretched pretty thin.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people more, they are you most important asset.

I worked at RB full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Exposure to top management, you get to know different functions easily

    Cons

The old mantra of "speed over perfection" was applicable to management convenience. Double standards appear frequently. All the time running and firefighting. Disruption means someone has to clean the legacy of other.

    Advice to Management

Just be honest. Reinventing the wheel is not innovating.
