    big organization, possibility to move inside if you have the right connections, nice benefits, supportive culture.

    Cons

    takes long time to build a network if you're not working in a big city, stressful job if you can't handle stress, Banking advisor rule is terrible - it's a mix between a teller and an advisor.

    Good training. Good benefits. Great opportunity to get into financial industry. Nice to have rbc on your resume for any future opportunities.

    If you work in a customer service role. Tough to deal with all these rude and unreasonable clients.
