    Good renumeration, flexible working and benefits

    Cons

    As with most major banks there is an almost constant restructuring process which can feel uncomfortable

    Good pay, and opportunities in larger city centres with multiple departments

    Cons

    Awful culture in large portion of middle management, very cutthroat, sack and hire culture rather than train and improve

    I have been working at RBS Group full-time

    Pros

    Have worked at RBS for over 6 years and the Pros are working from home policy, inclusive culture (people are very open about disability, sexual orientation and mental health) great colleagues, excellent CEO, decent salaries and great development opportunities - a bank that is changing for the better.

    Cons

    The organisation is shrinking so career opportunities may be fewer within the Bank, however this is similar to most big organisations everywhere.

    Good Team and support, fast paced and challenging. Always opportunity to develop skills and knowledge

    Cons

    pace of project completion akin to turning circle of super-tanker at times due to resource constraints

    You get a decent annual bonus, shares and regular training You get travel, interesting projects and responsibility You can progress in your career at a good pace You will work with great people

    Long work hours Constant restructuring Stressful environment due to constant change
