I have been working at REED full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Having worked for the business for 10 years now, I'm proud to say there are a lot of pros. Firstly the people make the business, the opportunity to work with like minded individuals that live and breath the core values, especially during these tough times, has been a privilege. The opportunity to learn and grow every day, allows you to progress and develop regardless of your experience. You're given opportunities to move up the career ladder if you work hard and want to grow. Benefits are great, including the 10 year sabbatical, 6-8 weeks off work paid, along with a £1000 financial reward is a great incentive for longevity in the business

    Cons

Dress code in the offices is a little too corporate, especially if you are not client facing.

I have been working at REED full-time

    Pros

    - The company wants to move forward and there is room to grow.- - Everyone is welcome in the company and you can really feel like at home. - There are some really incredible people there.

    Cons

    - Management wants everyone to be transparent which is a good idea, but the execution is horrible and leads to projects being way too long. - Most of the code is in a bad state. - Senior management is new, and it's still unclear what is the direction.
