Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at REL Field Marketing full-time
Pros
Work with some great brands. Have made friends for life with some colleagues. Confidence building
Cons
Micromanagement. Don't feel listened to manager or wider company. Big demands and not the tools to fulfil them. Changes to my job role without consulting, assuming we will just get on with it.

Good pay per hour Flexible hours
Cons
Sometimes there is a wait in between work as contracts are zero hours

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at REL Field Marketing full-time for more than a year
Pros
I got the opportunity to work with some fantastic brands and campaigns, which ensured no two days were ever the same. There's a great mixture of co workers which I would not of come across within my social setting. As a company I felt REL kept me motivated through various activities, although personal development and performance reviews didn't meet the same levels. The company managed the Covid situation empathetically and professional which I felt contributed to me securing my current role.
Cons
Performance related bonuses or pay increases were lacking.

From Central Services team, HR, Recruitment and Fleet to office team, managers and all colleagues REL attracts the right calibre personal whom quickly flourish within the business meaning strong results that stick for the clients.
Cons
With all honesty there really are none - as a business always open to suggestions / recommendations and ensuring its number one asset (the people) are always at the forefront of all business decisions

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at REL Field Marketing full-time for more than a year
Pros
Understanding, thoughtful managers throughout the company. The team spirit is high, despite the majority of colleagues not working in the same office or retailer. Bonus system if good and fair.
Cons
There are dated methods of communication, such as logging in by sending your manager an SMS, and paper certificates for achievements/awards. The bonus system is also very complex, with the targets fluctuating often.
