Management has no idea what they are doing. Constant firing and hiring makes us all nervous for our job security Too many recent changes to product stack and solutions Poor communication with employees Management happy to use stick but not carrot Lack of global vision Not interested in keeping good customer relations No idea of how to do business outside of Texas! No employee value or loyalty Narrow minded approach to business Management happy to promote stupidity Management happy to step on the 'little people' No regard for long-standing business relationships If I had to guess, RF Code are just looking for a quick exit strategy rather than a long term business 2 large customers and if either leave, RF Code will be in trouble

The new CEO (who came aboard in 2015) and new management team he hired is a joke . They are all big company execs that have no clue about small companies or how to run a company at all. It is all about "spinning the story" of what they could do / will do vs. dealing with reality, producing product, and solving customer problems. They have run off all of the good people that knew anything - especially in engineering. Again the CEO is clueless. He is more impressed with the education pedigree of the a person instead of their accomplishments, capabilities and past contributions. Clueless utterly clueless. The technology has gotten so stale there is no hope at this point.
