Pros

The people are intelligent and friendly

Cons

No reward for working night shifts (and there are a lot of them!) Radically different ideas proposed and then abandoned with no explanation Didn't lift a finger to help anyone during the coronavirus crisis. Was made redundant after 28th February owing to the crisis and was then told that they were not applying for the government grant to furloughed employees or employees recently made redundant because "[they] are not taking anyone back on" even though there is no obligation to do so. I was completely tossed aside and there was zero effort made to help me or others. Someone was hired and then made redundant a week later. If you want to work somewhere that cares about their employees, this is not the place for you.
