Pros

Work environment is nice and well kept, very cute dogs. Mixture of nice coworkers and passive aggressive

Cons

The president, Greg, would often say that being trans is just "trendy." Intense favoritism. They really push that the company is like a "family" but it is only because the upper management is literally all family and they "adopt" random others Almost no one in the corporate office takes their lunch breaks, but a half hour is automatically deducted from their pay anyways. No consistency of pay for roles Mix of passive aggressive coworkers with nice

Poor Communication, Abundant Favoritism

Pros

Working with the clients is highly rewarding. I truly believe that there are key players in the staff at ROWI that are exceptional. The team has a passion and drive for the work they do and want to do better everyday.

Cons

New systems were introduced left and right without structure in place beforehand to set employees up for success. Turnover and growth are constant, leaving the employees who are there with more workload than they are properly compensated for. Communication from owners is horrible with demands fluctuating constantly. They demand perfection and undying loyalty while paying far less than other organizations and good luck trying to get a raise.  Favoritism is abundant and if you are on the good side and consistently agree with everything they say, you’ll likely reap the benefits of that favoritism. Should you speak up or rock the boat, they will do everything in their power to make you miserable and drive you out. I along with other past employees were met with gaslighting and bullying when speaking up. While I felt incredibly fortunate for the experience gained while working for this organization, I could no longer accept or tolerate the treatment I received.

Pros

Clients and families that you get to help.

Cons

Client care is unfortunately very low on the priority list for upper management. All they care about is how many bodies are there, filling up locations and how many days and money they can get from insurance. Sad.
