Company is currently taking over places but have a poor aquistion style. When I was hired on, it was only 3 of us for two propeties totally close to 500 market rate units. No support because of this and the office team left professionalism with co-workers behind or something. They wouldnt bother giving us our work orders typically until the end of the day. Then they would call them all an emergency. I felt bad for the residents most of the time, because it was the office staff that delayed work orders.
In addition to that, when you wanted to the leave the company they held your last check. They do direct deposit but if you give your notice, they conveinantly stop doing direct deposit and oyuhave to chase your check down.
