Pros
The only pros of working here is that you collect a paycheck, you have weekends off, & you make really good friends.
Cons
If I could rate this company lower then 1 I would absolutely do that. When you go into the interview & hiring process they tell how great this company is, how much they are growing, & how much opportunities there are etc. I can honestly tell you its a a pile of crap! Ive been with this company for almost 2yrs & Ive heard nothing but broken promises & seen turn over rates higher then a sky scraper. Management here does not give a crap at all, & to be honest they are useless. Give them a sup call they tell you to say this speech that you aready tell the customer before you even talk to your supervisor, They fire people for nothing. One bad call with a customer & bam your gone. You sneeze, cough, heck .even breath the wrong way your gone. I've seen at AT LEAST 30 people if not more people quit, or get fired. You work your rear end off & you get no credit, no opportunities nothing. They set high expectations & unreachable goals for incentives, you deal with insane customers that talk down to you, insult you, treat you like garbage & you have to take it bc well... management says so & the customer is " always right ". Policies are always changing but you never get a pay a raise for more work that you need to do, they play favorites, they fired a well rounded manager who has 5yrs as a manager maybe even more before he started working for this garbage comapny & then promoted a 21 yr old nobody who I guarantee has no management experience what so ever when in fact there are more employees who deserve it much more. This company is so backwards that I have no idea how they are in business still. There is so much more I can say but I think you have an idea of what I'm telling you.
