Pros

Most coworkers are great but it’s hard to figure out who you can trust Great training Great CPS team

Cons

Most of the management team could care less about the employees i.e. artificial relationships Expect a lot of uncertainty and instability

Pros

Working here stops me from having an employment gap on my resume. Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to submit this review.

Cons

The commission structure is bar none the worst in the industry and I have worked at TQL as well as a couple other brokerages around town. They are promising commissions to dispatchers and sales and not paying them. A couple managers are sleeping together and don't actually care about the people they are suppose to be helping out. All this place is looking for is warm bodies to dial the phones and hopefully stumble on a new customer only to have it taken away and given to the corporate account team. As a sales member you cant even work your own freight and stay in contact with your dedicated trucks. They just want people who are dumb enough to fall for the convoluted math equation they present to make it look like you can actually make 100K a year. Its a joke, I have seen 1/3 of the office quit without notice because it was that easy for them to find a better job. If your interested in logistics please take it from someone who has been here several years and call Legion-TQL- Trinity- Taylor or any of the brokerages around town that actually have their business model proven and are not still trying to figure it out. They need hamsters to run in circles on a wheel while they poke and prod you until you die and leave or get fired. DON"T BE A HAMSTER

Pros

Great environment if your able to play kind with everyone. Don't go into work looking for friends though. The carriers are fun to work with.

Cons

There's too much drama and politics among the floor. If a certain person on the floor has seniority over you they can (and in my case will) get you fired. When the company has issues instead of logically processing a method to fix it they just hire another manager and hope he has a magical wand that can do what they need. They don't listen to the lower members of the crew especially when the crew is willing to point out issues. They put a lot of money towards technology however the managers make assumptions about how things should work vs how they are actually causing the technological implementations to be severely overly complicated. This job was a big game of whisper. No matter what you do you can't win because you never get the straight answer. When you ask for things to be put in writing they never get put in writing without them adding an out to every possible statement.
