      Everyone is nice and treat their employees fairly.

      Cons

      If they’re short staffed, which most of the time they are because of the turnover rate, they will work the mess out of you if you let them.

      Great job and great people to work for!

      Cons

      No set discipline ladder . It’s just whatever they feel like doing so if they don’t really “like” you or you don’t kiss butt then you will get fired quickly!
