      Bad Leadership , Avoid Joining

      No pros at all, avoid joining.

      Cons

      Leadership decisions are so random that it changes almost everyday. No thought behind any decision. Many life are getting affected due to this. They recently laid off 30 business person and now 25 engineers.

      LOL none, you got laptop partial reimbursement but I think that's it.

      Oh god, where do I start? I understand this is a start-up but for a skincare brand to launch and be sold - you need a solid strategy FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS. But nooo, the finance staff need to 'control' the marketing section as well - what a joke. Lots of people stayed in this company just because they love the beauty industry - the CEO is immature and gets mad at like... nothing? Just because someone chatted her she got SO MAD. If you're pregnant, then maybe stop working for a bit? We all know you're tired but we don't even know what kind of CEO changes north stars every week, and essentially you got no results because you changed too much. And also... do you even work in the company or do you just work just as your moods go? The Indian management are your friends, right? We can't find their LinkedIn credentials LOL, hopefully you understand you traumatise lots of people for working with Indians.

      Pros

      Didn't expect that I will learn a lot of things at this company. So, I would say, this position teach me a big lesson such as negotiation, relationship, business analysist, and decision-making. The pressure is so good for my personal growth. Also, I've a lot of friendly and joyfull collages in here. Such a good environment.

      Cons

      There's so many SOP that we should create as a company. Also, we dont have regular campaign or big campaign that we can bring or pitch to brand to increasing our bargaining as a marketplace. It's a big deal in my opinion.
