Pros

The pay is alright if you're a crew leader and manage to get some overtime.

Cons

Some of the other employees can be difficult to work with. The management loves to play favorites. Even though they want you to work "safely" they find ways to gripe at you for not finishing your work. Bad place to work, always in a rush to get things done. Might as well change their name to Railslave.

Cons

unorganized working environment where if you don't speak up you will be used and abused. a lot of backstabbing and false promises

Pros

Nothing here is good. Don’t work here. Ever.

Cons

They ration water, they act like cowboys with the train cars and do dumb stunts to perform faster work loads just to please management. The leadership is a joke, they must’ve gotten their jobs by winning a sweepstakes or something. This place is so dangerous and they want you to break the rules but stay safe which makes no sense. AV doesn’t work on the locomotives. They aren’t regulated by the FRA and they’ll make you work hours past what the FRA allows.
