I have been working at Randstad US full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Work Environment: The most fun I've ever been in and very positive
    -Good base salary
    -Good benefits
    -Great training program and mentorship

    Cons

-Inconsistent with respect to rewarding and providing resources to successful branches and company divisions.
    -No base remote options

    Advice to Management

-Keep your successful branches happy and address their needs. Less-successful branches should never have resources and perks that their counterparts don't.

-Offer some moderate remote options to newer employees if they're performing well. It is reasonable to allow one remote day a week (even to new employees) if they are performing well.
