Pros

If you wanna do social service by spending money on travelling for the future of students, simultaneously sacrificing yours then Rao's the place to be. You won't know about anything wrong in this place unless you come and work here.(Search for Rao IIT Fraud in YouTube and Google.) The management is asked to write good reviews on this platform, as are the students to write on quora and Google, that's why you'll be able to see lots of positive reviews written in Oct 2019, by the management. But anyway take a look at the reviews written by full time faculties. I can assure not even one Faculty is happy. Senior ones or the ones who have no other option than this one have to stay, rest anyone who can leave almost always does. If you find even a single positive review by any Faculty then bear in mind it has been written by either a fake employee or one who was forced by company to write, Don't believe me? Go ahead , join the organization and you shall come to know for yourself but at a huge price for your career and time. Consider this review as a warning or caution. If you read this and still join no one but you are the culprit and you'll realize it 3 months into the organisation.

Cons

1.Don't ever expect your salary(on time or otherwise) except the first one. 2. Salary delay upto 4 months for new freshers, and upto 5-6 months for senior faculties 3. You'll be travelling a hell lot if you are in Mumbai, and let me assure you that travelling without any money incoming will take a toll on you. 4. Forget incentive or encouragement, you won't even get your basic pay, unless you can wait 5 months , that is work and travel for 5 months out of your pocket, not to mention the enormous high rents in Mumbai, all without any steady income. I learnt this lesson the hard way despite being warned by seniors, and the things have only worsened since 2019 The management keeps writing positive reviews for the company, saying this is just a bad phase, and a phase is something which gets over after sometime. This too shall get over but not before company's complete shutdown. I have seen students at various centres complaining to me that these people force them to write good reviews on FB, quora, google and if they don't they are ill treated at the centers. I have learnt the lesson the hard way and hence warn everyone who intends or plans to join this firm anytime. It's not worth learning the lesson this way so please be careful. If you join anyway, then all the best to you and your family. But never complain that you did not know about this. Now let me tell you how are they surviving. This is based on personal experience. The company has some (not many) good senior faculties, and every year they hire gazillion freshers and fire more than half of them in the first month, if they don't perform well in training. Then the rest are given classes and student feedback is taken, another half is fired by the third month. Those freshers who survive are truly good at their work. Then the torture intensifies. You'll stop receiving salaries, you ask why? First you'll be told this is the first time that its happening,(they have told the same to people in 2019,2018,year before that and so on.) You'll start getting used to the delay, and then the delay will increase. You again question, you'll be told everything will normalise 1 month down the line, you have no alternative than believe them and you will. If you create too much of ruckus for salary you'll be asked to leave or they'll fire. See how they are surviving even without paying? You say if they fire who will teach, don't you worry if you were a good teacher they will replace you with either a senior teacher so that students don't complain. (Although they care as much about students as about faculties which is zero) Or they'll hire some local cheap Faculty to replace you, if that one doesn't work they will hire another low quality Faculty and fire the first one. This wastes a lot of time of students too(but who cares as long as the fees is being collected and CEOs bank account is filling?). Now why do the senior faculties stay? The salaries they have on paper are huge, although they rarely receive one once in a blue moon. So you see they have huge pending amount as huge as 10 lakhs(I personally know of one such Faculty in Mumbai), they have a family and are settled, so they can't just leave in the middle, still some of them are brave enough to do and have joined better organisations like Narayana, Pace, Unacademy etc. Those who stay always are given hope that one day this will be normalized, but do you think if they can't pay for a month on time they'll pay your dues of 5-6 months in a month?(Of course there's no one stopping from day dreaming). The organisations plays on this weakness of the senior faculties. These were the facts now let me tell you what many faculties speculate, about reason for payment delay."The organisation knows that if they clear the dues all the good faculties will leave because they cannot bear this for one more time, fearing if the same thing repeats" So this is what happens when the CEO of a educational company has zero experience of the field , I find it difficult to find even one such top coaching with a non teaching or no-education-knowledge CEO let alone someone who qualified the JEE. The founder is of course a teacher, but he is just involved in teaching nothing else, you won't even see him that much around , but you know who the CEO is (God knows what he has to his achievement list other than marrying founder's daughter, and smartly fooling all the employees.)This CEO is just filling his bank accounts with loads of the hard earned money of students and faculties, so that he can invest in other businesses, hence even if the coaching goes down the drain the management staff and employees will be the ones who suffer, His shrewd mindset is commendable.

Pros

Not even a single that I can count

Cons

- Salary Delays upto 4+ Months, For senior faculties it is 4 months and juniors it 3 months, No response for timely redressals - Bad attitutde towards faculties, like whenever they wnat they can fire or ask for salasry cuts, Faculties are not given salary on time and when asked for it they are simply asked to leave the organisation - Least respect for faculty, Even the best faculties were fired without notice - Lack of talent pool, they keep on recruiting unnecessarily and firing the senior faculties which is a traumatic experience - Lots of travelling without allowances, Yes it may sound fun but believe me, travelling upto 3 different centres in a single day to take classes in Mumbai is not a joke that too without being paid for it (Sometimes they forget we are no superman) - Worst redressal process and worst management team (Purely Underqualified and having no sense how to manage the Human Resources) - I may have missed a lot of cons because there are uncountable, so please just 1 request don't come here and this is the advice of currently employed 300+ faculties all will tell you the same.
